How it works

Our $69 fixed price pool servicing applies to pools with a maximum water capacity of up to 60,000 litres.  Pools of a greater capacity will be priced on application.

This service product has been designed to ensure there is complete control over your pool maintenance budget.

This is designed around our industry leading and proven swimming pool maintenance program and is exclusive by way of our regular fortnightly SUMMER services and the monthly WINTER  service schedule, knowledge and professionalism.    

Does your pool qualify!

First of all your pool and equipment must qualify by passing our innitial 28 point inspection. This inspection covers every thing from pool pump to skimmer basket and every thing in between.

This initial inspection is charged out at $66 and comes with a quotation to rectify any issues if required.

After that it's smooth swimming! We simply add you into our industry leading scheduling system and presto - Healthy, clean and sparkling pool water for you and your extended family to enjoy.

Our Schedule

SUMMER - is 1st of September to 31st April  (8 months) = 17 F/Nightly visits.

WINTER -  is 1st May to 31st August  (4 Months) = 4 Visits.

MONTHLY - A month is defined as every 4 weeks, not a calendar month this means that there are usually 21 services / year at $69.00   $1449.00.

During the Service you are required to......

• Ensure the equipment is kept in good repair. (we will do this on every visit but you will need to keep an eye on it while were not there)
• Equipment repairs are not included and are charged separately.
• Run your pool on the seasonal filtration cycle between one service and the next which will be set by our service technician.
• Ensure that the skimmer basket is cleaned as frequently as required to ensure good water flow through pump.
• Maintain a pre determined minimum water level at all times.
• Report any breakdown or issue ASAP.
• Failure to notify the office of a breakdown or mishap may cause a service to be changed to a service call plus chemicals and labour if the pool falls into a bad condition.

Extra Services

All extra services due to above  will be charged out at $66 / Callout which includes the first 30mins and a quotation will be supplied.

Cancellation

The service can be cancelled at any time by notifying the office at least 1 week before a scheduled service. Not available with any other service specials.The current price is $69 per service, monthly or fortnightly. This includes ALL chemicals required to balance your pool at the time of service. There is a price review date on the 1st Oct each year.

 This service does not include changed to the pool caused by water leaks, equipment failure, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. (eg. Flash flooding, storm damage etc)

    Payment for this regular service must be paid in advance or via a credit card kept on file to be processed on the day of the service.
